By Car: From Milan, Rome, Florence: - Take the A1 highway. - Exit at Valdichiana. - Join the highway towards Perugia. - After a few kilometres, leave the highway near the Farneta Abbey. - Drive along the S71, which goes across Camucia, and head towards Arezzo. - Once you pass Il Sodo and its Etruscan tombs, on the right, just a few metres from the street you will see the residence. By Train: The closest station is Camucia. Many trains stop regularly at the Terontola train station, which is just 5 km from Camucia, and 25 km from the residence Il Casale.

The five-year restoration project has succeeded in reviving the antique magnificence of the hotel and its surrounding village, emphasizing its traditional characteristics, such as the stone façade, the interior beams, the cotto pavements and the fire places made of serena stone. Outside, the little alleys from the farm buildings lead to the swimming pool, the wonderful arcade of the 1600's and an antique well which embellishes the courtyard. Explore the stunning surroundings by hiring one of the hotel’s mountain bikes or going horse-riding. Alternatively, after a busy day spent visiting the ancient city of Cortona, located just 4 km from the hotel, you could unwind with a game of table tennis, or play seven-a-side football on the pitch.

By Car: - Leave the A1 motorway (Autostrada del Sole) at the Val di Chiana exit. - After going through the tollgate take the Siena-Perugia highway towards Perugia. - Take the exit for Cortona as marked. - From here, take the SS71 as far as Camucia, then follow the signs for Arezzo. - After a few kilometres, at Tavarnelle, turn right at the traffic lights and follow the signs for Relais Borgo San Pietro. By Plane: The nearest airports are Perugia (60 km), Florence Peretola (120 km) and Rome Fiumicino (200 km), all less than 3 hours from the Relais Borgo San Pietro. From each airport, you can hire a car or take public transport into the cities, then take a train to Cortona-Camucia. By Train: From Cortona-Camucia train station the best way to reach the hotel is by taxi.

In addition, the evening guests, upon request, can eat in the small restaurant to taste the best local cuisine and Tuscan prepared with genuine products and fresh, always accompanied by classic Chianti wine and Vin Santo of grandfather. We serve products for coeliac and wheat intolerant.

The Palazzo is an enchanting late 19th century country building fully renovated and restored in 2005. The holiday farm Il Palazzo consists of six different apartments (from two to six people). The farm has a large garden with a 6 x 12 metre fully-equipped swimming pool (the pool is equipped with beach umbrellas, deck-chairs, sunbeds, gazebos and a table tennis table). En coche: Desde la salida "Valdichiane" de la autopista A1: - Siga en dirección a Cortona. - Tome la carretera principal hacia Perugia y salga siguiendo el indicador de Cortona. - Siga los indicadores hacia Cortona durante unos 20 minutos. - La carretera sube hacia Cortona. En la carretera que rodea la muralla de la ciudad verá el indicador hacia Portole, por la carretera SP34. Portole está a 7 km al norte de Cortona.
