Thanks to this favourite location, guests could easly visit venice in just 10 min., Padova in 20 min. , Treviso in 25 min. Vicenza in 45 min, Lake of Garda and Gardaland parks or Verona in 55 min. If you want to visit Venice, we suggest you to buy a 12/24 or 3 days pass bus+boat. With this pass you can take all buses to and from Venice and all "Vaporettos" into Venice (NOT gondola). Pass is available at the tobacconist at 150 mt.

TO ARRIVE AT VILLA RICORDI IS VERY SIMPLE: BY TRAIN: Stop at Venezia-Mestre. By foot exit from railway station and turn right. Continue for 100 mt until you find "Via Dante". Take Via Dante and continue for 200 mt until the trafic light. Turn right and continue for 50 mt. The yellow Villa you find on your right is Villa Ricordi. BY PLANE (FROM M. POLO AIRPORT OR TREVISO AIRPORT) Just outside the airports (arrival area) take blue bus ATVO to Mestre Railway station (FS). When you will arrive in Mestre just in front the terminal you will see Via Dante. Take Via dante, continue for 200 mt until trafic light and turn right. Villa Ricordi is the yellow villa you find immediately on your right. BY CAR (from A4 MI-Ve coming from Milano) Exit at mestre and follow the road to mestre railway station. You will find a circle, follow to Venezia and Mestre station and after 3 Km turn right crossing the railways. Turn left and continue for 500 mt. At the "T" cross turn right to mestre Centro and after 150 mt you will see a GYM called "Dynamis". The yellow villa near the GYM is Villa Ricordi BY CAR FROM A 27 AND A 4 (FROM TRIESTE/SLOVENIA/CROAZIA) Exit from highway and follow sigh to Milano (free highway). After 4/5 miles take exit Venezia PORTO and continue for 3 km. At the trafic light turn left crossing railway and left again until trafic light. At the"T" cross turn right to Mestre Centro and over 150 mt. right to Via Sernaglia near GYM Dynamis

By Train From Venice-Mestre station: take bus number 9 that it will bring you in by Strong Marghera, next to the residence (by Giotto 6), or you can take a taxi to the residence.

Arrival by plane: The stop for the shuttle bus from Venice airport and Treviso airport is in Piazza XXVII Ottobre (known as Piazza Barche) just 250 metres from the hotel. Pass behind the shopping centre Le Barche into Piazzetta Coin. Then keep to the left and go onto Calle del Sale. La Residenza is at number 33a. Arrival by train from Mestre railway station: Numerous buses pass near the hotel: number 9, Via Poerio stop (5 minutes on foot from the hotel); number 31 and 32, Piazza XXVII Ottobre stop (known as Piazza Barche) is just 250 meters from the hotel; the number 2 bus stops 500 metres away. By car from the motorway: - Pass the tollbooth, continue on Mestre's ring road and exit for Castellana. - Proceed towards Mestre Centro and cross the overpass. - At the 5th set of traffic lights turn right onto Via Sansovino. - At the 2nd traffic lights turn right again onto Via Forte Marghera. - Continue straight on until you come to the Le Barche shopping centre. Immediately before the centre take the street to the right which runs alongside the building, then turn left (into a limited traffic area: if stopped by a traffic officer, simply inform the officer that you are staying at La Residenza, you will have access to the garage which has an arrangement with the B&B La Residenza). - Cross Piazzetta Coin and take Via Lazzari to Calle del Sale. La Residenza is at number 33a.
