The apartments and bedrooms were created in the 18th century farmhouse, some of which is from the 17th century. It has been completely renewed by Luca and Simona who planned and directed all the restoration work. The materials, furniture, traditional Florentine baked clay and restored wood all keep the building's original aspect. Modern comforts have been introduced to offer a delightful blend of old and new. Fernando, our farmer, knows every inch of the farm and takes care of the 400 olive trees, the vineyards, orchards and vegetable gardens. He will be pleased to make a short tour around the farm, and reveal the secrets of wine and olive oil production. Follow the magic rhythm of the farm from sunshine to sunset.

The farmhouse is located in Monsummano Terme, on the slopes of Montalbano. It is between Montecatini Terme (7 km) and the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci (18 km). The hotel took its name from the 25 000 m² of characteristic farmed hills and valleys that surround it.

By Car: - From the motorway, exit for Montecatini Terme, and follow the road markings to Monsummano Terme. - Enter the city and follow the yellow tourist signs to Grotta Giusti. - Arriving in the large square in front of Grotta Giusti Spa Resort, turn right in Via dei Romani. Go through the iron gate (always open). - The road climbs uphill, and after a few turns you find a fork in the road. - Take the road on the right: Via delle Rave. After 100 metres, you will arrive at the Collina Toscana Resort. - Pass the iron gate, carrying street number 901 and the Agriturismo sign. Head past a cypress row. - You will be welcomed.
